I started out with fresh washed hair followed by my loc method. Next, I created a side part and sectioned out the hair that would be flat twisted. I placed that section in a ponytail holder and worked on the bigger section.

For the bigger portion of my fro I parted our big sections for twists, about 3 twists per row. I sprayed each twist with the DE refresher spray and coated it from root to tip with curl creme. I combed each section first followed by a brush. Last, it’s time to twist. It ended up being about 13 loose flat twists.

After the twists were finished I worked on the section left for flat twists. This section received the same treatment as the loose two strand twists (spray followed by creme). After the section was moisturized I parted it into 3 rows and flat twisted each.

I let the twist dry overnight and took them down in the morning using the DE mist & shine spray. For the finishing touches fluff with the wide tooth comb and lay them baby hairs down with some edge control.
