L’Oreal Clay Masks are a blessing from the beauty gods.
Do you adore a spa experience? Are you sick of paying high prices for a less-than-perfect clay mask ‘from the sea’? If you’re like me, then your answer is ‘yes’ and then ‘hell yes’. During my childhood, my mother lived and died for a good clay mask and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. While it hasn’t been my mission to find a mask that delivers, I was thrilled to stumble across L’Oreal Pure Clay masks. I adore these clay masks because outside of being affordable, they are so reliable and effective. Best part: AVAILABLE FOR THE LOW LOW. You know I love a good bargain.
Each mask is unique and offers specific treatments to your skin. I tried one on the recommendation of Victoria from Inthefrow, but soon bought all 3! I swear these masks are perfect for each woman on the planet. If you have complex or troubled skin, you might want to use this 3x a week as recommended. Personally, I only use them once a week and receive great results. Another personal recommendation: don’t use all three at the same time. After I tried the triple threat back-to-back, my skin felt raw and so sensitive. Other than that, I have no qualms about this product.

Exfoliation and Refine Clay Mask (Red Clay): Dry skin is a horrible thing, especially in the winter season. Like us all, I have patches of dry skin on my face. Some masks can be too harsh for those with limited dry skin; that’s not the case here. The small beads in the clay sit perfectly on your skin without causing irritation. Of the three, it’s my 2nd favorite. If you’re looking for something you can use often and won’t dry out your skin, this is a mask to consider.
Detox and Brighten Clay Mask (Charcoal Clay): By far my favorite mask of the three. It feels like its tightening your skin as well as brightening it. My skin looks brighter, feels smooth, and looks healthy afterward. This is one of the best masks I’ve ever used – I can’t believe it’s only 12 bucks. For a charcoal mask that actually works, I call that a steal. You can see all the impurities it’s pulling out once the mask dries. The 3 layers of clay act like a magnet to draw out and capture impurities. I recommend this mask for late nights that led to early mornings. Your skin will feel rejuvenated and radiate.
Purify and Mattify Clay Mask (Green Clay): A quite soothing and refreshing mask. It smells divine and applies easily. This mask addresses shiny and oily skin to reveal a clarified, mattified, and refreshed complexion. Your skin will look re-energized and beautiful.
